Order product samples at base price
1. Start Your Order
You can initiate a sample order from your Partner Area in two ways:
- From the Dashboard Banner: Click the Order Samples button on the "Do you want to check your products to feel the quality?" banner on your main dashboard page.
- From the Navigation Bar: Click Order Samples at the top of your Shop menu.
2. Configure Your Samples
Once you click Order Samples, you will be guided through the selection process:
- Select a Sales Channel: Choose the sales channel you want to order for.
- Choose a Design: Pick one design to feature on your sample items.
- Select Products: Choose up to 5 products from the available list.
- Specify Size & Colour: Select your desired size and colour options for each product.
3. Review & Checkout
- The base prices for each item and your order total will update and display automatically on the screen.
- When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the checkout icon/button in the top right corner of the screen.
Please remember: you will still see the regular shop prices in the shopping basket. Your margin will be deducted when checking out, and you will only pay the low base price for the respective products.
Tip: to order product samples, your shop doesn’t have to be activated. You can order your first product samples and try them out even before you launch your shop.

After that, your order will be produced, packed and shipped like any other. You will receive the same order and shipping confirmations and, if required, our complete all-round service. Not only will you get your product samples with just a few clicks, but you’ll also get an insight into how ordering from your Spreadshop feels for your customers.
When you hold your Shop products in your hand, you will want to try them on and wear them yourself. Tip: You could e.g. unbox and model your products when interacting with your fans, e.g. in your ads, in your photos or on your YouTube channel. Be your own brand ambassador!
