Daily Design Upload Limit

When you upload designs in your Partner Area, there’s a daily upload attempt limit of 10. This limit helps keep uploads stable and prevents repeated failed submissions from overloading the system.

To avoid wasting attempts, make sure your design meets all requirements before uploading.

What counts as an “upload attempt”?

An upload attempt is counted every time you try to upload a design — including:

  • Successful uploads
  • Failed uploads (for example, if a file doesn’t meet design requirements)

That means failed uploads still use up your daily attempts, so it’s worth double-checking your file before submitting.

Daily limit across Spreadshop and Spreadshirt Marketplace

Your 10 attempts per day are shared across both sales channels. So if you upload designs for both channels, they still count toward the same daily total.

Example:

  • 4 upload attempts for Spreadshop
  • 6 upload attempts for Spreadshirt Marketplace
  • Total = 10 attempts (limit reached)

When does the limit reset?

Your upload attempts reset at the end of the day. After the reset, you’ll have 10 new upload attempts available for the next day.
