Your Spreadshop offers you a chance to analyse customer behaviour. This will provide you with important information to optimise your Shop. For example, you can find out how many customers start or complete the checkout.
This is how tracking works on Facebook.
Tie in these Google or Facebook services with your Spreadshop – it’s easy. We’ve installed software interfaces to connect to the services of these providers. All you need to do is enter your ID in the partner area.
Activate Google and Facebook tracking
To use tracking offered by Google and Facebook, go to your partner area and click on Marketing > Google > Google Analytics. You’ll find an entry field for your Analytics ID (Google) or Pixel ID (Facebook). As soon as you save these, tracking will be activated automatically. Data will be provided from the analysis tool.
Please note: Setting up a Facebook Pixel can take up to 24 hours. During this time, you may see a popup window asking you to complete the setup. You can confidently ignore it.
