If you can’t log in even though you’ve entered the Spread name/email address and password, you may be trying to access the wrong platform.
Please check that you’re using the platform where your shop was created.
Shops created on one of the European domains can’t be accessed through the North American platform ending in .com, and vice versa.
The European and North American sites are separate platforms. To sell worldwide, you can create an account on each platform using the same email address.

Example:
If you created your shop on www.spreadshirt.co.uk, you won’t be able to log in at www.spreadshirt.com.
Likewise, if you created your shop on www.spreadshirt.com, you won’t be able to log in on a European domain such as www.spreadshirt.co.uk.
